Our Free Instant Quote button links to our Sweep&Go registration page. Your quoted price, selected service frequency, billing arrangement, and any specific service details are presented or agreed during the quote and registration process. Simply browsing this website does not book a cleanup, authorize a charge, or enroll you in text marketing.
Please provide accurate contact, service address, and yard access information, and let us know when relevant details change. Service is subject to coverage in our service area, scheduling, and safe access to the property.
2. Cleanup services and safe access
We clean the agreed areas of your property where dog waste is present. You do not need to be home when we have safe access to your yard. Please provide gate locations and any special access or pet-handling instructions through your client portal or directly to our team.
Friendly dogs may remain outside during service. Please tell us about any aggressive dogs or other safety concerns. If safe access is not possible or a dog poses a safety concern, we may skip the visit and arrange a safe time to return. Weather and other unsafe conditions may also require schedule adjustments.
We provide year-round service whenever conditions allow. Arrival times can vary as routes are optimized, so an exact time of day is not guaranteed. Our existing service process includes a reminder roughly one hour before arrival, subject to message delivery and your communication preferences.
3. Pricing, billing, cancellation, and satisfaction
Prices and billing depend on the quote and plan you select. Review the details shown during registration before accepting service. External service and payment platforms may also have their own applicable terms.
Our service is offered without a long-term contract. You may contact us or use available client-portal options to request cancellation or changes to future service. Please notify us before the next scheduled visit when possible so we can adjust our route. This page does not introduce cancellation fees, refund exclusions, or additional restrictions beyond your agreed service arrangement.
If you are not happy with a cleanup, contact us and we will work with you to make it right, consistent with our satisfaction guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Our advertised free initial cleaning applies when you sign up for a monthly plan, as shown on our website. Any offer applies according to the details presented when you sign up.
4. Poop Scoop Pros text messaging program
Poop Scoop Pros may offer informational and promotional text messages to people who choose to receive them. Informational messages may include quote responses, scheduling updates, cleanup reminders, service or account information, and customer support. Promotional messages may include special offers and marketing updates about Poop Scoop Pros.
Informational and promotional messaging consent are separate choices. Promotional texts require your separate express consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing services. You may contact us by phone or email instead. Entering a phone number, accepting general website terms, or requesting a quote does not by itself grant permission for promotional texting.
